Service Description
Vectorize provides vector embedding services for AI applications. Text chunks are converted to vector embeddings suitable for storage in vector databases. Multiple embedding models and output formats are supported.
Eligibility
- You must have a compatible Solana wallet for paid tiers
- You must have rights to process any text you submit
- You are responsible for complying with laws in your jurisdiction
Payment Terms
- Payments are made via x402 protocol using USDC on Solana
- Pricing: Script tier (FREE, 100 chunks/day), Agent ($0.0005/chunk), Pro ($0.001/chunk), Pro+ ($0.01/chunk)
- All payments are final and non-refundable
- Blockchain transaction fees (gas) are your responsibility
Text Processing
- Text chunks are processed in memory and never stored
- Embeddings are returned directly to you
- No data retention: Input text is discarded immediately after processing
- You are responsible for the content of text you submit
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Submit text containing illegal content
- Process content you don't have rights to
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the service
- Circumvent rate limits or access controls
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Specific embedding quality or accuracy
- Compatibility with all vector databases
- Availability of third-party embedding services (OpenAI)
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:
- Lost data, failed transactions, or wallet errors
- Inaccurate embeddings or retrieval results
- Damages from service interruptions
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of your text and the generated embeddings
- The Vectorize service, branding, and code remain our property
- We do not claim any rights to your content
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time for violations of these terms or for any reason.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted on this page.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
